Is wedding planning stressing you out? Do you have to much to do? Are you letting your wedding-day fitness goals disappear off your to-do list?  Do you love your dress, but wish you looked better in it? When all eyes are on you on the big day and your photographer is snapping away, are you worried you won’t look your best?

Molly Winter Fitness shapes the silhouette and defines the physique of discerning brides who need to say “I Do” with the best body of their lives.  Curve-hugging mermaid gown? Boho chic?  Structured minimalist? All of our  Wedding Training programs are deadline-driven and custom-designed just for you and your gown design, placing special emphasis on the areas of your body that will be on display. 

LOCATION


MWF simplifies your training experience by eliminating the need for travel.
Sessions are available in private home gyms & properties with fitness center amenities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City, Queens. Studio sessions are available on an individual basis at a members-only training studio in Union Square in Manhattan. 

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS


  • 3, 6, and 12 Month Wedding Training Programs - designed to shed fat, show off lean muscle, and improve posture
  • 2-4 sessions per week - depending on goals, motivation and budget
