Molly Winter Stewart
Molly Winter Stewart is a NASM-certified personal trainer and professional dancer with 15 years of experience as a performer, choreographer and teaching artist, and over 10 years of experience in private personal training. She holds additional specialty certifications in Pre & Post-Natal Training, Women's Fitness, TRX Suspension Training, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning, Group Personal Training, and Adult CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.
Onstage, Molly has appeared in Broadway national touring companies of musicals such as Rock of Ages, Legally Blonde and CATS. Her work as a teaching artist for grades 5-12 includes projects with the United Nations International School, Camp Theatreworks, and Bradford N. Swett Arts Academy in New York City, and the Blue Mountain Union School in Northern Vermont.
Molly Winter Fitness was founded in 2012 with the belief that a highly-customized program in a positive, focused environment is integral to improving your physical health and self-image.
Confidence, authenticity, and an "efficient-yet-chill" coaching style is what makes Molly and her team of trainers a favorite among New Yorkers with demanding social and professional lives.
Molly lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their kick-ass rescue dog.
