Start training anywhere from 3-12 months before your wedding. Multi-discipline, full-body programs are custom-designed to get you into your gown! MWF simplifies your training experience by eliminating any need for travel, offering exclusive private sessions at residential fitness facilities and private home gyms in Manhattan, Brooklyn & East Hampton. Studio sessions are available on an individual basis.
