What a great workout at Fit To Be Bride last weekend! Brides came out early Saturday morning for our wedding dress workout overlooking the Hudson River at Pier 45, co-hosted by our friends at The White Gown and Drink Evolve. Using a mix of intense cardio intervals and conditioning, our bridal guests rocked out a series of exercises that Molly designed especially for this season’s most popular dress styles: Halter/Strapless, Mermaid, Ballgown, and Vintage Sheath.

SPRING 2013  |   Our next favorite drink after a whiskey ginger? The Green Monster Smoothie. Get the recipe below and kick-start your wedding season workout with this baby! For the banana-haters out there, there is a banana-less version, and you can find it here.

GREEN MONSTER SMOOTHIE (with Banana)

1 small frozen, ripe banana (peeled)
2 cups baby spinach (it’s green for a reason)
1 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt (Chobani rocks)

Holiday 2012 | We attended the most gorgeous wedding industry party this week at 91 Horatio, hosted by The Upper Crust.  All I have to say is this : when you’re invited to a holiday fete and the dress code is “Winter White”, all plans to spend the season hibernating are off.  Commit to training regularly, and look your best year-round!
